Newly redesigned by C Spire, the bright, user-friendly site makes the research and application process intuitive for candidates, just as the company website, cspire.com, provides a state-of-the-art, personalized shopping experience for each individual customer.

“As a mobile computing company, it was also important that our career site be designed so that it’s accessible and engaging for active and passive candidates who are on-the-go, whether they are using their laptop, tablet or smartphone or accessing the site through social media, such as our company Facebook page,” added Miller.
Before beginning the process of redesigning the career site, C Spire researched and studied best career website designs to help shape the site's appearance, structure, presentation of content and functionality. The development and redesign of the site was a collaboration and design between the company’s Human Resources, Marketing, and award-winning Information Technology departments. C Spire’s Information Technology Department was recently ranked 49th in this year’s InformationWeek 500 list of the nation’s top technology innovators.
The redesigned site delivers relevant and updated information important to anyone considering employment opportunities. Compelling visuals of real employees and scenes highlight C Spire’s CREW and location. Intuitive navigation and concise messaging were included to reach a variety of potential employee audiences. The site also features a variety of images of CREW members that convey their loyalty and dedication to the business. Employee video testimonials are featured in Areas of Talent, which gives actual employees a voice to tell their stories, explain what it is like to work at C Spire and make employment at C Spire a compelling choice. In addition, new content includes a Twitter feed where C Spire posts employment opportunities and information with the hashtag #BrightFutures, plus a new Buzz section that highlights exciting company news and awards.
